Overview

 

Our client is a leading insurance organisation and looking for an AIML Analyst to join their Customer Science team. They are a multi-award-winning team that is passionate about driving better customer and commercial outcomes. They use data to understand customers so they can be more relevant and take better actions.     

As one of our client’s AI/ML Data Scientists, you will build productionised solutions and work within a cross-functional team to bring state of the art machine learning and GenAI to their business. You will partner with colleagues to identify opportunities to apply AI and make a difference to real business problems, and build the high impact models that power their customer and marketing transformation.

 

This is a great job for someone who is passionate about creating AI/ML data solutions that help the business

understand their customers better and inform business decisions. They will enjoy partnering with colleagues in data and technology to design, build and embed effective AI/ML data pipelines. They will be passionate about solving problems, delivering great results and making a difference to customers.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

 

• Educated to degree or post-graduate level, in numerate/programming-oriented subject, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through industry experience. 
• Experience with using Python and SQL-like languages in data science.
• Knowledge and experience in machine learning techniques and approaches (e.g., supervised / unsupervised/reinforcement learning) and indicators of model accuracy.
• Knowledge of how to create end-to-end machine learning deployments. 
• Experience with working with stakeholders and non-technical experts.
