Overview:

As a Talent Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent to our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our employer brand presence, engage with potential candidates, and drive recruitment efforts.

Role

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our employer brand across various channels including social media, job boards, career fairs, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key talent needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  • Create compelling content including job postings, employee testimonials, and company profiles to effectively communicate our employer value proposition.
  • Utilise data analytics and market research to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise strategies for talent attraction.
  • Manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, advertising agencies, and media outlets to maximise the reach of our employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent marketing and recruitment to continuously improve our strategies and processes.

 Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, branding, or recruitment, preferably in a talent acquisition or employer branding role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
