High volume Recruiter - Utilities 

Remote working - 6 months fixed term contract 

 

Scope of the role 

To manage the high-volume permanent recruitment for a key utilities client of Randstad Sourceright. 

This will involve the screening of external applicants, and supporting both them and the hiring managers through the recruitment and onboarding process. 

Key Expertise

• Strong recruitment experience required, with a candidate-focused approach
• Ideally experience with internal or RPO recruitment
• Previous experience using Taleo or a similar ATS
• Utilities experience would be highly desirable
