Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of front-end web pages for functionality, usability, and compatibility, considering inclusivity and diversity.
• Develop and execute inclusive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Zephyr for test case management.
• Document and track software defects and inconsistencies using Jira.
• Collaborate with teams to meet requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting in AWS environments, ensuring reliability and scalability for all users.
• Utilise Postman for API testing.
• Contribute to documentation using Confluence.

 

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in manual testing of front-end web pages and AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
• Familiar in using Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Ability to write test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Familiarity with security testing.
• Experience with Jira for issue tracking and Zephyr for test case management.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
